Ten2Relax is designed to create results for normal, everyday busy people who need to find a way to deal with the overwhelming stress of modern life. This course is not for those who seek to disappear to a mountainside or deserted beach to find peace. Ten2Relax is about finding peace while under pressure and stress. Strengthening our ability to perform at our best, while dealing with the fast pace of modern life.

So how do we achieve this?
The Ten2Relax course consists of five "Relaxations". Each relaxation teaches a particular relaxation technique set to a soothing ten minute piece of music. The music acts to soothe the mind by lowering brain wave state and as a timer for your ten minute relaxation session. The music also provides a point of concentration to quiet your busy mind and will become a positive trigger to tell your brain that it is time to slow down and relax.

Hi, I am Relaxation Coach and Musician, Shane L Taylor. I am dedicated to spreading the message of relaxation as the foundation for a strong and unshakeable mindset.
After 25 years of practical experience searching the worlds religions, spiritual beliefs and personal development, I now have the privilege to coach people from diverse backgrounds in the art of relaxation. Relaxation is the key for allowing success to flow in our lives. Relaxation allows us to set our mind upon our goals and not push them away with fear and stress.
My own personal battles with fear, stress and anxiety have led me to this time in my life where my greatest pleasure is to help others find peace and power. My personal battles with the overwhelm of modern life as a father, husband and business owner, plus living with severe migraine headaches for the past 35 years, has prepared me well for this work. My dream is to live out the rest of my life guiding others to guide others. To put a dint in the epidemic of fear and stress we see in the world today.
I have also been blessed to a professional musician for 30 years. My love of guitar, singing and song writing has blessed my life and now I have been able to integrate some of my original music into this inspiring and life changing message.
